In The Lord of the Rings Duel for Middle Earth you have to pick a side. Play as the Fellowship of the Ring, stop the enemy from gaining ground and destroy the One Ring. Or play as Sauron, send your Nazgûl after Sam and Frodo and spread your hordes across enemy cities. The fate of Middle-earth is in your hands!
The game is played over 3 consecutive chapters that unfold in the same way. On your turn you can improve your skills, collect treasures, expand your presence in Middle-earth, form alliances with peoples or continue the quest for the Ring.
You win the game immediately if you meet 1 of the 3 victory conditions:
