High up in the branches lives the sugar glider, a small marsupial with a great love of sweet fruit. Just like a flying squirrel, this little animal glides from branch to branch in search of the tastiest treat. In Sugar Gliders you step into the role of such a cheerful glider and go looking for as much fruit as possible. The board shows a big tree with plenty of spots full of fruit tiles. On your turn you let your glider sail through the air, from spot to spot. The number of pieces of fruit on your tile determines how far you jump. Collect the fruit tiles along the way and build up your supply, because at the end every point counts. Who dares to jump far, and who takes a moment to rest? That makes every turn exciting. Sugar Gliders is for two to four players and a game takes about 30 minutes. With clear rules and an age of 8 and up, it is a lovely choice to sit down and play together. There is even a handy variant for a shorter two-player game. A game that plays light and still gives you plenty of choices.
