In Subatomic: An Atom Building Game you dive together into the world of the tiniest particles. It is all about building: bit by bit you assemble real atoms from protons, neutrons and electrons. Every element you complete earns points, and whoever has the most points at the end wins. Everyone starts with the same small pile of cards. You use them to build up your atom, or to buy more powerful cards that you play later on. Play cards face up as particles, or face down as energy to bring in something stronger. That way your deck slowly grows along with you and you keep discovering new ways to win. The nice thing is that the chemistry here is truly accurate, but you do not need to know any of it to have fun. You simply notice that you are solving a puzzle and picking up something along the way. Suitable for 2 to 4 players aged 10 and up, and a game takes about an hour.
