In Star Realms you build your own deck while you attack each other with spaceships and bases. You use Trade to buy new cards and Combat to bring your opponent's Authority down to zero. Bases stay in front of you and give lasting benefits, while Outposts have to be taken out first before you can attack directly. Every turn feels like a small tactical duel in which timing and combinations make the difference.
The cards are divided over four factions, each with its own style and powerful Ally effects when you play them together. Star Realms is quick to learn, but stays challenging thanks to the many choices you have to make again and again. Ideal for short, intense games with lots of interaction and high replayability.
