Space Base

In Space Base you build up your own space station and slowly bring a fleet together. You have your own player board in front of you, and on it you collect ships that you buy with your money. Every roll of the dice sets something in motion, even when it is not your turn. That way you stay involved in everything happening around the table. The fun is in the choices. Do you take big risks with a chance of a huge payout, or do you calmly build a steady income that keeps coming in? Or maybe you save everything up for a surprise final push that takes you from last place to first. The order in which you buy your ships really makes a difference, so no two games feel the same. And here is the nice part: you do not have to learn a thick rulebook by heart. After a round or two everyone gets it and you are simply playing. A great mix of dice luck and choices that really matter, for two to four players.
