Slayers and Dragons

In Slayers and Dragons you never quite know who will be on your side next. It is a card game in which you win tricks, but with a fun twist. After every round the teams change. The dealer picks a new partner each time, so one turn you play together and the next turn you are up against each other. That makes every game different. The goal may sound odd: you want as few points as possible. So you would rather get rid of penalty cards. If you catch a Dragon card, points come off. And if you collect all four Slayers, you get a big bonus. Working together helps during play, but in the end only one player can win: the player with the lowest score. The game ends as soon as someone reaches 200 points or drops below -100. With cheerful cards and rules you pick up in no time, Slayers and Dragons is a game for the whole family. It plays nice and quickly and fits in any bag, so you can easily take it along to a birthday party, on holiday or just for a cosy evening at home. For two to six players aged seven and up, and done in about three quarters of an hour.
