Shell Company: Don't Write Me Off

Welcome to the wonderfully wacky world of turtle dating! You run an agency that matches lovestruck turtles and coaxes them out of their shells. Sounds sweet? It is, but do not be fooled. A rival is out there trying to court exactly the same reptiles. So make sure you have the right gifts on hand to impress. Not working out? Then simply give those gifts away and write off the costs. Because besides love, this is of course all about money. Shell Company: Don't Write Me Off is a bidding game with a touch of bluffing. You keep a close eye on your finances to get your hands on gifts. You use those gifts to win over new clients, or you donate them and file them as a deduction. Both matter, because at the end your score comes from your weakest area. So you have to stay sharp on both fronts and not just chase love. This game has a funny story behind the scenes. It was dreamed up by the audience during PAX East 2022, where Lynnvander Studios designed a board game live together with the visitors. The combination of turtle dating and creative tax handling came straight from the crowd. For 2 to 6 players and an evening of about an hour full of laughter and scheming.
