SAW: The Jigsaw Trials

Do you want to play a game? In SAW: The Jigsaw Trials you wake up in Jigsaw's workshop. He is looking for a successor and has trapped you with everything you need to build his infamous traps. And to break them again. The goal is clear: build the nastiest traps for your opponents while getting yourself ready to escape the traps waiting for you. Each turn starts with drawing new cards. Think tools, search items and loose parts. You combine those parts into traps, and every trap has its own story and challenge. There are more than 2000 possible combinations, so no game ever feels the same. Do you have a complete trap and a Billy card? Then you say that legendary line and challenge another player. That player chooses: accept the sacrifice and take the damage, or try to escape using tools and found objects. Anyone who is well prepared may get away without a scratch. Choose wrong and it gets painful. The game uses a special damage system with puzzle pieces. Each player has their own figure and has to swap arms and legs for broken X-ray limbs once the blows land. Lose a limb completely and you bleed every turn. Once your last blood is gone, you are out. Whoever is left standing last may call themselves the new JIGSAW. This is a tough game for adults, played by one to six people, and it takes about two hours.
