Salton Sea

Deep in California, close to the Mexican border, lies a very special place. The salty water of the Salton Sea is full of heat from the earth. In Salton Sea you build a company that uses that heat to bring up lithium and sell it. That way you help create a cleaner future, far away from oil and coal. You direct four engineers and place them on a free spot each time to take an action. You can drill and extract materials, sign and fulfil contracts, or work on research and shares. Every round you have to think carefully about where you put your people, because time and space are limited. There is no single right road to victory, and that makes every game different. Salton Sea was designed by David Bernal and features beautiful artwork by Amelia Sales. You play it solo or with up to four players, and a whole evening can easily slip away. Who will use their engineers best and build the most profitable company on the edge of this warm lake?
