Picture a grand ball, full of princes who would love nothing more than to marry you. Sounds nice? Not if you want to become the Rebel Princess! In this card game for 3 to 6 players, it is all about dodging proposals. Every prince card you pick up is one too many. And watch out for the eager Frog Prince, because he counts for no less than five marriage proposals. Whoever has the fewest proposals at the end may call themselves the true Rebel Princess. A game lasts five rounds, one for each day of the ball. And every day a new rule throws a spanner in the works. That keeps the game surprising, and you have to rethink your best move every time. At the start you also choose your own princess, who has a special power. You may use it once per round to shake off those pesky suitors. This Deluxe version is the finest way to play Rebel Princess. You get two extra princesses and six new round cards. The princesses now come on sturdy tiles, and the round cards are tarot sized with the rules neatly printed on them. The balance has been tweaked here and there, and there is a new way to catch up if you fall behind. An evening full of laughter and stirring up trouble at the table, that is what you get here.
