Phantom Ink

Two teams, one big secret. In Phantom Ink you step into the shoes of mediums making contact with the world beyond. The Sun team and the Moon team race to be the first to guess the opposing team's secret object. And that happens in a wonderfully mysterious way, letter by letter. Each team has a ghost who knows the secret object. The mediums pass along questions, such as "What colour is it usually?" or "If it were a musical instrument, which instrument would it be?". The ghost picks a question and slowly writes the answer, one letter at a time, while everyone watches. Think you already know? Then quickly call out "Silencio" and the ghost stops writing. That way you hope to learn enough without giving too much away to the other team. The thrill lies in those whispered hints and those half words on the table. You hesitate, you guess, you read each other. With two to eight players and games of about fifteen minutes, Phantom Ink is perfect for an evening of puzzling together, laughing and guessing that one word just in time.
