Peloponnes Card Game

Welcome to the Peloponnese, the land of proud and mighty city-states. In the Peloponnes Card Game you take charge of such a city-state and guide it through the ages. You build fame and prosperity, while keeping an eye on the disasters lying in wait. Over eight rounds you grow your civilisation. You claim new land, put up impressive buildings and make sure your population increases. The big question is always the same: how do you divide your attention between honour and glory on the one hand, and the wishes of your own people on the other? The Peloponnes Card Game is based on the larger Peloponnes board game. A few things have been made a bit simpler, but the strategic choices and the feel of the game come across as fresh and new. A nice challenge for two to five players who like to think ahead.
