Peek-A-Hoot

Deep in the forest a treasure lies waiting, but an owl is sleeping there too. And you never quite know what mood he is in. In Peek-A-Hoot you run your little mouse past tree stumps and collect tokens that match your cards. Every time you reach a stump, you press gently on the owl's head. Is he happy? Then you may carry on. Does he wake up with a grumpy look? Then your turn is over and you have to wait. That makes every turn a small moment of suspense. Children lean forward, hold their breath and giggle when the owl surprises them again. There is even a fast route across the board, but be careful not to wake the owl along the way. The first player back on the starting space with all their treasure wins the game. Peek-A-Hoot is made for little ones from age 3 and plays smoothly in about twenty minutes. With two to four players it is a lovely game for the kitchen table, where young and old sit and laugh together at that moody owl.
