Panda Spin Mandate of Heaven Expansion

The panda that was sitting quietly among the bamboo puts on his robe and becomes the Jade Emperor. In Panda Spin Mandate of Heaven Expansion he gives each of the twelve animals of the zodiac a heavenly power. Suddenly a lot more is possible at the table. You take a card back from a trick, you build on a run that another player has just laid, or you simply snatch a card from your opponent's hand. It works very simply. At the start of each round, before the lead player plays their card, you turn over one Animal Mandate card and place it clearly visible next to the play area. Everyone may use that power for the whole round. Every card brings another twist to the game, so no two rounds feel the same. Together you keep discovering new ways to thwart and surprise each other.
