One Small Step

The moon beckons and the race is on. In One Small Step you take charge of the space program of the United States or the Soviet Union. Your goal? Put a human on the moon first. That only works with the right people, enough resources and plenty of nerve. You play in a team of one or two players. If you play with two, one of you controls the engineers and the other the directors. Each turn you discuss together who gets to work where. Gather resources, recruit astronauts, draw development cards and build up your space program step by step. Watch out: each action on the board can only be used once per round. Whoever gets there first not only blocks the opponent, but sometimes their own teammate too. Every choice counts. With every successful launch you come closer to the big dream. You earn points by building cards and sending missions into space. And whoever pulls off a crewed moon landing first takes bonus points and triggers the end of the game. At the end, the team that contributed most to one of the greatest achievements in history wins. Ready for the countdown?
