Step back in time to the nineteenth century, when the first calculating machines were brand new. In Lovelace & Babbage you take on the role of real pioneers such as Ada Lovelace and Charles Babbage. Each of them has their own powers and tricks, so every game plays out a little differently and no one starts the same way. Together you program an old mechanical machine and carry out commissions for famous patrons. They reward you with influence in the fields of art, science and engineering. The special part: everyone plays at the same time. While you are busy with your own plan, your fellow players are too. The tension rises, because speed counts, but one small mistake can easily cost you points. The nice thing about Lovelace & Babbage is that there is room for different types of players.
