Lord of the Rings the Board Game Anniversary Ed

This game first appeared in the year 2000, and it became a classic right away. Created by the famous designer Reiner Knizia and beautifully illustrated by John Howe, Lord of the Rings the Board Game Anniversary Ed brings Tolkien's story to your table. Twenty years later the game is back in a new anniversary edition, with finely made miniatures for the hobbits, Sauron, the threat die and of course the One Ring. Together with up to four other players you travel through the entire trilogy. From the dark halls of Moria and the fierce battles at Helm's Deep to Shelob's web and the grey plains of Mordor. In every place you must press on together as hobbits, fight the dark powers and get ever closer to Mount Doom. It is a game in which you all make it together or go down together. The road is long and the Eye of Sauron is watching. The temptation of the Ring is always lurking. Can you save the free peoples of Middle-earth and destroy the One Ring for good? Grab your friends and live this adventure from beginning to end.
