Greetings, adventurer! You have been chosen for the greatest event in the world. The best explorers, archaeologists and treasure hunters compete for the title of very best. Secrets are still hidden everywhere: legendary places and mythical treasures are waiting to be dug up. Can you find them and prove that you are the best? In Legend Raiders you are an adventurer who wants to collect as many ancient coins as possible. Each round, four missions are laid out on the game board, each with a discovery and two tools: ropes, shovels, compasses or maps. On your turn you choose between two things. You take a discovery with its matching tools and place it on your own board, or you carry out a discovery with what you already have. Every treasure calls for a certain combination. Special places cost more tools, but they also pay off more later. If you use your favourite tool, you earn extra coins. And the torch? It works as a joker, but only while it is still burning! At the start of each round you roll the adventure die. Sometimes you get something nice, sometimes all the torches go out. That keeps things exciting right to the end. As soon as someone has dug up six treasures, the game ends. Which approach will you choose? Do you work step by step, or do you tackle everything at once?
