About the game

Kanban is a production system that ensures a smooth workflow and just-in-time production. In Kanban EV you step into the shoes of a new employee at a factory that produces electric vehicles. EVs are the future: they are more efficient, cleaner and getting smarter all the time thanks to AI and automation.

Your job? Keep production running! You have to manage suppliers and raw materials, improve car parts and even lend a hand on the assembly line. The factory is running at full speed, and Sandra, the strict factory manager, keeps a close eye on everything. Work efficiently and smartly and you can earn a promotion. Make mistakes or waste time, and your career at the factory is in danger!

How do you play Kanban EV?

1. Manage your time and resources – Choose your actions wisely: will you collect parts, drive innovation or speed up production lines?
2. Work together and compete – The factory is a dynamic place where players are constantly fighting each other for the best positions and resources.
3. Earn production points (PP) – Carry out tasks to score points, such as assembling cars, upgrading technologies and making efficient use of the factory's scarce resources.
4. Keep Sandra happy – The factory manager checks your progress. Work hard and smart and you get extra benefits. Make mistakes and it can cost you dearly!
5. The player with the most production points wins! – Whoever has run the factory best by the end of the game becomes the ultimate Kanban master.
