This edition is in French and Dutch. In the game Jaipur you hope to become the Maharaja's personal trader by being richer than your opponent at the end of the week (round).

Will you become the Maharaja's best trader? In the tactical card game Jaipur, which is made for two players, each player chooses on their turn whether to take a card or to sell a card. The cards the players use stand for either goods or, believe it or not, camels! While you are busy selling your wares to the locals, you also have to take care of your camels.

How to play

To win Jaipur you need rock-solid tactics and a touch of luck. You have to know how many goods you trade, and at the right price, and how many camels you keep or sell. Besides selling your wares, you also have to keep moving them around all the time. While trading you earn tokens, and at the end of the game you also get a token for the number of camels you have at that moment. The player with the most tokens is the Maharaja's best trader and so the winner of Jaipur!

Jaipur is easy to set up and to learn, but it offers plenty of depth and asks you to stay sharp at all times, because the game can be turned completely upside down at any moment! Take Jaipur anywhere with you: the game comes in a small box, so you can always carry it along and play a round whenever you like. Relax together with your opponent, find yourself in an exotic place and make sure you earn the title of Personal Trader of the Maharaja!
