Hutan

This is the Dutch-language edition. Hutan means forest in Indonesian, and that is exactly what you bring to life in this game. You plant flowers, grow trees and attract special animals. Piece by piece you build your own rainforest, full of colour and life. On your turn you choose cards from a shared display. Every choice shapes how your part of the rainforest develops. You play nine rounds, with two turns per round. It sounds peaceful, but the player who creates the greenest and busiest forest wins. That takes careful thinking and sometimes a bit of luck with the cards that come along. Prefer to play on your own? You can. Hutan has a solo mode and a number of extra challenges, so you can approach the game differently every time. A lovely choice to discover together at the table how a rainforest grows.
