Gobi

A huge sandstorm has driven the desert's nomad tribes apart. As the leader of a caravan, you help them find each other again. The nomads are grateful and reward you with gifts and blessings for all your effort across the endless dunes. In Gobi you lay tiles and build routes across the sand. On your turn you place a tile and then put camels on the tiles next to it. Every tile carries the name of a tribe. As soon as a line of camels connects two tiles with the same name, you choose a gift. That gift earns you points and a power you can use later in the game. Do you have a route of five or more camels? Then you gain access to coffee, a special reward. The game ends when all tiles are on the table. Whoever plots the finest routes wins. A lovely game to discover together at the table.
