The world is covered in ice and the cold will not let go. In Frostpunk you are in charge of a small group of survivors who try to build a city together. You provide warmth, food and shelter. But above all you look after people, and those people look to you. They are hungry, they have wishes and they let you know exactly how they feel. Every choice you make has consequences, and sometimes you still feel that choice long afterwards. What kind of leader do you want to be? Someone who builds and inspires, someone who explores the frozen world, or someone who makes the difference with knowledge? Will you rule with a firm hand, or give everyone a fair place? Together you decide the fate of the colony. The game is meaty and challenging, but you pick up the rules faster than you think. Play with four, with two, or all alone against the cold. Frostpunk is based on the well-known video game by 11bit studios, the makers of This War Of Mine. If you know the digital version, you will recognise that tension of survival and hard decisions right away. And if you are discovering the game for the first time, you step straight into a story you will not soon forget. Expect an evening full of discussion, doubt and pride if your city is still standing.
