In Fountains you become a real fountain builder in the city of Florimelle. You design a beautiful fountain with several tiers, where the water flows neatly from top to bottom. Every tile you take and place matters, because you want the water to run as well as possible and score as many points as you can. The fun of Fountains lies in the way you collect tiles. You move coloured pawns around the board to claim tiles. Every choice you make has consequences, also for your fellow players. Water lilies, flowing pools and little fish are worth more the higher they sit, so you keep thinking ahead and building cleverly. If someone lands on a matching token, everyone scores along. That creates tension and great moments at the table. With its lovely components and lots of variety, Fountains suits anyone who enjoys puzzling with tiles and playing against each other in a friendly way. You play it with one to five players from ten years up, and a game takes about forty five minutes. Perfect for an afternoon together at the table.
