About the game

At first glance, Wolfe Asylum seems like a place of calm. A spot of bingo in the common room, laughter in the corridors, the clink of syringes on a metal trolley. But behind the closed doors, a nightmare rages. Because that is where she walks – The Ratchet Lady. Her “treatments” turn innocent patients into bloodthirsty maniacs. And you? You are on her list.

In this chilling Feature Film, you enter a hospital where no medicine can help you any more – unless you are willing to take the risk. Pills, injections and other experimental remedies can make you stronger for a while, but what do they cost you? A better chance of survival, or a trip straight into madness?

The Ratchet Lady practises her own version of therapy: a brutal mix of manipulation, torture and medical horror. Her victims turn into violent beasts. You can try to save them, but it might be safer to run first… and then hack. Because one thing is certain: only when she falls will calm return.

Final Girl: Madness in the Dark can only be played together with the Core Box. This scenario offers twisted choices, explosive showdowns and a suffocating atmosphere in which even the walls seem to scream along. Can you withstand the madness? Or are you next in line for treatment?
