In Ethnos 2nd Edition you step into the role of a leader who wants to conquer the six regions of a fantasy world. You gather members of different tribes and send them into the regions to claim as much territory as you can. Every tribe has its own power, so whoever you put at the head of your group decides how you play. One time you go for the direct attack, another time you quietly build up your influence. No two games are the same. It is all about making choices. Which tribes do you let work together? When do you play your group? And do you dare to wait for a stronger combination, or do you take your chance now? While your opponents try exactly the same thing, the tension at the table grows. It is a game that challenges you to think ahead and at the same time move along nicely with what the others do. This second edition has refreshed rules that make the game run more smoothly. New is the solo mode, so you can also play Ethnos 2nd Edition all on your own. With room for 1 to 6 players it is a fine choice for an evening together at the table, or for a quiet game by yourself.
