Eridanos

Two fleets, one sea and a battle where timing is everything. In Eridanos you take on your opponent and try to send their ships to the bottom. You will only manage that if you choose the best attack at the right moment. Each round four cards are placed face down on the table. After that you take turns attacking or pulling your ships back, until one side gives up. Every card has a strong and a weak side, and it only beats or loses to exactly the cards shown on it. That turns every choice into a small gamble. The real win happens inside your opponent's head. What are they holding? Which attack do they expect from you? Whoever reads and surprises best takes the victory. In twenty minutes you play an exciting game all about probing and bluffing, perfect for two players who love a tough duel.
