Desperate Oasis

In the middle of the desert lie green spots full of life. Water, shade and rest, exactly where every animal wants to go. In Desperate Oasis the two of you compete for these precious places. Whoever plays the strongest animals in the right spot wins the oasis. You place animal cards on your side of a row of oases, and sometimes even on your opponent's side. Matching animals attract each other, which makes cards shift position and lets you set up the playing field differently every time. On top of that, each animal has its own power. Some only show their true nature at the end of the round, so you are never quite sure how a duel will end. With palm tree tokens you adjust the value of your cards and still turn a lost duel to your advantage. A game that is quickly set up and in which you fight over every spot together in about half an hour. Do you have what it takes to survive in the oasis?
