That villain is controlled by the game itself or by one of the other players. Each villain reveals a master plan and spreads danger across the different locations. As a hero you use your gear and play cards with special powers. And the best part: you can combine those powers with your fellow players. That way you build your own story together and save the day at the very last moment. Every hero has their own deck of special powers and their own gear. Every villain plays differently too, because each one has their own deck of master plans. That makes every game feel new.
