Did you know that a whole world is hidden inside a single cell? In Cytosis: A Cell Biology Board Game you and your fellow players step right into a human cell. There you get to work with your workers, placing them in different spots to gather resources and make things. Each round you place a worker on a free spot in the cell. In one spot you pick up resources, such as mRNA or ATP. In another you carry out an action, for example converting resources or drawing cards. With those resources you then build enzymes, hormones and receptors. That earns you health points, and whoever has the most points at the end wins the game. It is a game where you have to think carefully about your moves and keep weighing up what you need. Perfect for an evening at the table with a group of two to five players who enjoy a nicely challenging game. And you learn something about biology too, without it feeling like school.
