Picture this: a land full of dinosaurs, and you decide who keeps grazing and who bites the dust. In Chomp you build your own prehistoric realm in just eight turns. Every turn you face a choice. Do you take a card that makes your landscape bigger, or do you go for a goal that will score points later? There is no time to hesitate, because before you know it the game is over. It is all about the food chain. Your plant eaters need greenery, your meat eaters want meat or sometimes another dino. Anyone who does not get enough to eat costs you points. But keep an eye on your opponent, because an extinct dino can score points too. That keeps every turn exciting and your plan keeps changing. The cards have two sides: a goal on one side, a piece of landscape on the other. That makes every game play a little differently, so you will keep coming back for more. Chomp is quick to explain, takes only about ten minutes and is a lovely little filler for two players who like a bit of bite.
