Cat in the Box

Cat in the Box

This edition is in French and Dutch. Cat in the Box is not just any trick-taking game, because you only decide the colour of each card when you play it.

Watch out: you may use each combination of a card colour and a card value only once! So be careful, because if you can no longer play any cards, you cause a paradox and score minus points!

About Cat in the Box

Take the cards that make up your hand this round. Work out how many tricks you will win and write down your bid. Place tokens on the game board as you play your hand, and connect large groups of tokens to score even more points. Plan your tricks carefully, because you cannot claim the colour of a card with the same number that has already been played. That would be a disaster, because you have just created a paradox!
