Castles by the Sea

In Castles by the Sea you step into the shoes of the Shorelings, small builders with big plans. At the water's edge you build your own kingdom of sand, pebble by pebble, tower by tower. But the sea never sleeps, and not everything stays the way you left it. Using cards and clues you build neat structures on the beach. Lay the right patterns and pick the best designs, and you earn Sand Dollars. Those are the points that win you the game. But watch out: dragons, giants and other dangers are waiting to flatten your sandcastle. And then there is the sea, which can simply wash away all your hard work. This game is for one to four players and takes about an hour. Perfect for an afternoon together at the table, where everyone builds their own kingdom and secretly hopes their neighbour's falls over first. Suitable from age 12.
