Bad Christmas

It is time for the annual gift exchange again, but this year there are some really odd things in the pile. A candy cane that tastes of tuna? A fruitcake with a wind-up mechanism? An inflatable birdhouse? Every single gift is dreadful. And yet there is always one that is exactly what you are looking for. In Bad Christmas each player makes a list of the gifts they would most like to receive. After that you trade away with your 'friends' at the table. You try to push the worst stinkers onto someone else and get the gifts from your own list into your hands. And be quick about it, because the game can end at any moment and you might be stuck with a keeper that nobody wanted. With games of about ten minutes, this is a lovely filler for three to six players around the table. Expect plenty of laughter, scheming and that one friend who saddles you with a truly awful gift. What is on your wish list?
