The year is somewhere in the 1960s. Four economies in Asia are making a huge leap forward: South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong. They are called the Asian tigers. In Asian Tigers: A Story of Prosperity you step into the shoes of an investor who helps these markets grow. You decide where money and attention go, and you watch a country flourish under your hand. You build power plants, set up research labs and support universities. Factories turn raw materials into ships, machines, cars, chemicals and electronics. All those products do not only serve the local market, but above all the world market. Every choice you make counts towards your own goals and towards the position you hold in each of the tigers. The game runs smoothly, but it keeps you sharp. You watch what the others are doing all the time, because you are all competing for influence in the same markets. Will you play with friends or take on the game solo? Either way, you will spend about two hours deep in Asia's economic revolution. And you are part of it.
