At the start of Apokalypse everyone gets a hidden card. That card decides who you are: good or evil. The good players can win together, but among the evil players there can be only one winner. Nobody knows what the others are holding, and that is exactly what makes every turn exciting. On your turn you play a population card. If you place it on the good side, you have to give a card from your hand to another player. If you choose the evil side, you get to steal a card from someone instead. And then there are the horsemen of the Apocalypse, and you had better protect your population against them. As soon as the fourth horseman appears, the game ends. Whether good or evil wins depends on the population and the points at the end. If everything leans towards good and the good players have the most points, they win together. If the balance tips towards evil, victory goes to the evil player with the most points. A game full of secrets, betrayal and surprising twists, just right for an evening with friends.
