Angel's Share

There is something magical about maturing whisky. While a cask sits quietly waiting, a little of the drink evaporates every year. That vanished part is called the angels' share, as if heaven is secretly taking a sip. In Angel's Share you step into the world of this special trade. You are an investor who wants to make as much money as possible in the fast-growing whisky market. You buy casks from well-known distilleries and hope for a handsome profit. But time does its work. The longer a cask matures, the more evaporates. That can leave you with a classy, sought-after whisky, or with a cask that is almost empty. With your limited actions, your maturing casks and a tight budget, you have to keep making choices. Do you wait a little longer, or do you sell now? This is a game for two to five players that really makes you think. Expect around two hours full of tension, trade-offs and that wonderful feeling when your gamble pays off exactly right. Perfect for an evening when you want to lose yourselves together in a tough challenge.
