Wolves

These pack animals seek each other out to hunt prey and reproduce. But not all packs get along peacefully. They all want power over territory and they will do anything for that.

Wolves is a strategic game in which you lead your own pack of wolves. You try to claim territories, expand your pack, develop your pack's traits, build dens and hunt prey. All these things yield benefits and victory points in various ways.

Your turns are controlled by double-sided terrain tiles. Each turn you turn over a number of them depending on your chosen action. You may then perform an action on a field of that terrain, provided it is within reach of your wolves. For example, you can move your wolves, build shelters, improving your pack's characteristics, or upgrade your shelters to dens. However, some actions can only be performed with your alpha wolves, and unfortunately you don't have that many of them.

You score the most points by controlling certain areas the moment the moon reaches a certain position. To do this, you need the most pieces in such an area. Since only 2 playing pieces are allowed per field, there is fierce competition between the players' different packs.
