Unicorn Stew

The king is hungry, but what exactly does he want to eat? He isn't quite sure himself. Today he might be in the mood for something 'fancy... and... a little bit Ogre-ish', tomorrow he wants 'something quick... and... Dragon-like'. And you? You are one of the chefs who has to guess it. In Unicorn Stew you try to put exactly the dish on the table that the king is craving. Each round a menu card from the king comes into play. It tells you what his stomach is longing for. Then you pick an order card from your hand that comes as close as possible. Everyone reveals at the same time, and whoever matches best takes the menu card. Duplicate cards cancel each other out, unicorn stew almost always wins, but watch out for the sabotage cards of the other chefs. From pegasus pie to mermaid soup, anything can end up on your plate. This is a game to enjoy together at the table with three to six people. In about half an hour you'll be full of laughter, teasing and surprises. Whoever is first to collect three menu cards with the same ingredient or five of the same preparation may call themselves the best chef in the kingdom. From 8 years old and easy to learn.
