Troia

Picture this: you are standing with your trowel above an old excavation site. Beneath the sand lie the layers of a lost city, and it is up to you to uncover them again. In Troia you step into the shoes of an archaeologist who recovers history bit by bit. Every find brings you closer to a complete picture of what happened long ago. The more you dig up and publish, the more prestige you gain in the scientific world. That prestige earns you new excavation permits, so you can dig even deeper. Together you build a game full of discoveries, while everyone tries to collect the most fame. Troia is a game where puzzling and planning go hand in hand. At the table you feel the tension of every new layer you turn over. Whoever has built up the most reputation at the end may call themselves the greatest discoverer. A lovely choice for an evening of digging, thinking and enjoying yourselves together.
