Trailblazers: Travel Edition

Adventure is waiting outside. With hiking boots on, a bike beneath you or a paddle in your hand, off you go. In Trailblazers: Travel Edition you play one of those daring types who lay out trails through the great outdoors. Every time, a new piece of wilderness lies ahead of you, and every time you have to find your way back to camp. Each round you get eight route cards. You pick two, place them in your own area and pass the rest to the player next to you. You do this three times. Your cards must always touch or overlap one another. That is how you build routes for cycling, hiking and kayaking. Watch out: only loops that both start and end at a matching campsite will score points. You can go for long, complicated trails, but that does mean taking a risk. Who closes their loop first? And will you claim the goal cards? After four rounds everyone counts their points and the player with the most wins. This Travel Edition is made to travel. The game comes in a handy little box with a carabiner clip, so you can hang it straight on your bag. The Animals expansion is included right away, and there are two ways to play the game solo. Perfect for the road, at the campsite or simply at the kitchen table.
