In Ticket to Ride New York you drive through the busy streets of Manhattan, past Central Park, Times Square and the Empire State Building. Along the way you pick up passengers and take them to the nicest places in the city. Whoever plans the smartest route collects the most points. This is the fast version from the well-known Ticket to Ride series. In about fifteen minutes you race against the other players to visit the most famous spots and complete your destination cards. Visit certain tourist locations and you even earn extra points. That makes every ride just a bit more exciting. Instead of little trains you drive small plastic taxis here, a perfect match for the New York streets. The game is easy to explain and quick to play, which makes it perfect for a short session or for sitting down together at the table for a moment.
