A dark rumor rises from Mordor: the Eye of Sauron is targeting Middle-earth. The hour has come, the Fellowship is reunited and the heroes prepare for battle.

About the game

In The Lord of the Rings Duel for Middle Earth, you must take sides. Play as the Fellowship of the Ring, prevent the enemy from gaining ground and destroy the One Ring. Or play as Sauron and send your Nazgûls after Sam and Frodo and scatter your hordes over enemy cities. The fate of Middle-earth is in your hands!

The game takes place in 3 consecutive chapters that unfold in the same way. During your turn you can improve your skills, collect treasures, expand your presence in Middle-earth, form alliances with nations or continue the quest for the Ring.

How do you win?

You win the game immediately if you meet 1 of the 3 victory conditions:

• Complete the quest for the Ring
• Get help from 6 different peoples
• Conquer Middle-earth
