Tembo Survival on the Savanna

Tembo means elephant in Swahili. In Tembo Survival on the Savanna you work together to lead a herd of elephants on an exciting journey across the savanna. You only win if your herd reaches the final destination, but that is easier said than done. Along the way you need to find food and water, make your way through ever changing land and stay clear of the lions prowling around. On your turn you play a card. With it you either expand the savanna or move the herd forward. Every card can be used in two ways, and where you sit at the table decides what you can do with it. This creates a puzzle with several layers that you can only solve together. The game continues until you reach the destination, or until things go wrong because you go hungry, time runs out or the lions catch you. No two journeys are the same. Every game brings new challenges, and careful thinking and plenty of discussion make all the difference. Talking to each other is the key to guiding your herd safely to the other side.
