Scythe Encounters

You know those exciting moments in Scythe when your hero meets a stranger along the way and you get to choose what happens? With Scythe Encounters, those moments become even more surprising. This expansion adds 32 brand-new encounter cards, packed with new choices and stories that make your adventure play out differently every time. The cards bring fresh ideas to the familiar encounter system. Our tip: play a few games with them on their own first, so you know exactly what to expect. Then simply shuffle them into your regular encounter deck and let chance do its work. That way every game feels new again and you keep each other on your toes at the table. Please note: this is an expansion, not a standalone game. You need the Scythe base game to play it. Already got that at home? Then this set gives you a good reason to gather round the table together again.
