Pirates & Plunder

Sailing past unknown islands, setting out trade routes and now and then robbing a ship: in Pirates & Plunder you are never far from the map. This tile-laying game builds up slowly as you let the world grow on the table together. Every tile you place changes the seas and opens new chances. Here is how it works: you add a tile to expand the map, place a little boat on something you just laid down, and score points as soon as an island or route is finished. Meanwhile the pirates sail through the sea areas and you keep a close eye on who is where. Whoever plans best and dares to plunder stays ahead. With two to five players and a game of about an hour, this is a great choice for an evening together at the table. Anyone from eight years old can join in, so the younger buccaneers in the house can enjoy the open sea too.
