NeoN

Bright colours, quick decisions and a table full of tension. NeoN is a card game you understand right away, but one you only really master after a few games. You play with a deck of 60 cards, numbered 1 to 6, and you try to pull the best cards from the middle towards you. Each round there are cards face up on the table. You play cards from your hand to claim the finest loot. Whoever lays down the strongest set takes the highest card from the middle. And then comes the surprise: the cards you just played become the new loot for the next round. Play too high and you immediately give your opponents something nice to go after. That makes every choice a little adventure. So it stays exciting right up to the last card. NeoN plays nice and smoothly, takes about twenty minutes and suits two to six players. A lovely game to put on the table in between other things, with just enough depth to keep you wanting another round.
