Michigan Rummy

Michigan Rummy is a party game with a spinning board in the middle of the table. Around that board are nine spaces, and that is where you place your chips at the start of every round. Whoever plays the right cards pulls all those chips towards them. It is a game of playing cards, a bit of poker bluffing and above all hoping that luck is on your side. The fun thing about this game is that it combines all sorts of things. First you form a poker hand to win chips, and after that you take turns playing cards in order. Play that one card with chips on it and you get to take them all. Are you the first to run out of cards? Then you win the big pot in the middle. Every round feels different, because the cards are new each time. With room for two to nine players, Michigan Rummy is a real game to play with the whole family or a group of friends. Anyone aged six and up can join in. Gather your people around the table, hand out the chips and let the board spin. Before you know it the evening flies by.
