Smooth card game! This is the Dutch-language edition.
The motto of L.A.M.A. is: Lay All Minus points Aside. Each turn you try to play cards, otherwise you get penalty points for them. If you can't play anything, you decide whether to pass or draw a (hopefully good) card.
You receive penalty points in the form of tokens. If you manage to get rid of all your cards, you may hand back a token. And that can be one worth 1 or one worth 10. At the end, the player with the fewest penalty points wins!
