Icaion Essential Edition

Deep beneath the clouds lies Icaion, a planet with a huge crystal at its centre. Long ago the floating islands of Mysthea broke away from here, and now you return to the place where it all began. You play a Seeker, a seasoned adventurer sent out by the Organisation. You search for treasures, Qoam, relics and objects from a distant past. But stay alert. In the furthest corners, far from the city, a gigantic creature is prowling. This Colossus never stops moving and spreads a sickness wherever it goes. Nobody knows exactly what it is, and sooner or later you will cross its path. Meanwhile you build your own network, gather resources and expand your territory step by step. Every choice counts and every turn brings you closer to your final goal. Icaion Essential Edition is a solid eurogame for two to four players, made by Martino Chiacchiera and Marta Ciaccasassi, with beautiful artwork by Travis Anderson. Expect around ninety minutes full of choices, building and tension at the table. The box is packed with material, from crystals and cards to impressive miniatures, including the looming Colossus. A game to lose yourself in together.
